Senior Product Manager – Delivery & Shipping Experience (m/f/d)

In this role you will lead the end-to-end delivery and shipping experience for millions of customers, shaping how delivery is perceived before, during, and after an order. You will work across Product, Technology, Logistics/Last Mile, UX and Operations to improve trust, conversion and satisfaction while driving measurable improvements in delivery metrics. The role offers high impact by aligning delivery strategy with business goals and cross-functional collaboration. • Own and evolve the end-to-end delivery experience across the customer journey
• Shape delivery promises balancing customer expectations, feasibility, carrier performance, country rules and commercial objectives
• Build and prioritise a high-impact product roadmap to reduce friction and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data, ERP, Warehouse Systems, Logistics, Last Mile, Commercial and Customer Service teams
• Translate operational complexity into simple customer experiences (shipping options, carrier selection, pickup guidance, delivery communication)
• Define success via KPIs and measurement frameworks (delivery NPS, promise accuracy, checkout conversion, cost per order, delivery-related contact rate)
• Identify and eliminate customer friction to reduce failed deliveries and uncertainty

• Strong product ownership experience within e-commerce, logistics, delivery, checkout or post-purchase customer experiences
• Ability to define and communicate a clear delivery/shipping strategy linked to customer needs and cost impact
• Data-driven prioritisation of high-impact opportunities
• Experience with complex technical ecosystems including carrier integrations, ERP, warehouse systems, order management platforms, or logistics tech
• Ability to bring diverse stakeholders together to deliver meaningful outcomes
• Experience in marketplaces, retail, healthcare or other operationally complex digital businesses is desirable
• German language skills are a strong advantage
