Senior Principal Scrum Master (Fully Remote)

• Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train events including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, and impediments across multiple teams to ensure predictable program delivery.
• Monitor ART performance through Agile metrics and provide transparent status reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of Agile program execution experience with at least 2 years as Release Train Engineer or Agile Coach.
• SAFe RTE or SPC certification and strong experience with Agile lifecycle tools like Jira.
• Salary range $148,750–$201,250 USD with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.
