Senior Producer (d/f/m)

In this role, you will lead productions end-to-end for a creative agency, translating ideas into efficient, high-quality outputs across channels. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver on budget and timelines, while advancing production processes with new technologies. You’ll shape how AI and emerging tools enhance efficiency and creativity in day-to-day production. • Lead production teams and external partners through the full production lifecycle
• Plan, manage and oversee production and post-production processes, workflows and deliverables
• Manage production budgets and ensure cost targets are met
• Continuously optimize production processes to improve efficiency, workflows and costs
• Ensure seamless delivery of production assets across all channels
• Build relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, external service providers and production partners
• Explore, evaluate and integrate new AI tools and emerging technologies into production workflows to drive innovation and efficiency

• 5+ years of production experience, ideally in advertising, film production or a creative agency
• Proven experience managing productions, budgets and complex workflows
• Strong experience in optimizing production and post-production processes
• Strategic mindset with strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to translate creative ideas into efficient production solutions
• Continuous engagement with AI and emerging production technologies
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
