Role Overview

As a Product Manager for the Crypto platform, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape the future of crypto payment solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the long-term vision for the Crypto Platform.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors within the crypto payments ecosystem.
• Formulate product hypotheses and develop MVPs, making data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product delivery aligns with business objectives.
• Own key Crypto Platform metrics and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in fintech, payments, or crypto.
• Hands‑on experience with on‑ramp and off‑ramp products and crypto payment solutions.
• Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including exchanges and blockchain infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to scaling.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Languages: English, Russian.
• Experience in fintech.
