Senior Project Manager - Consulting (m/w/d)

In this role you lead AI-first, complex client initiatives from scope to handover, ensuring outcomes, budget, and quality. You align delivery with client needs and foster cross-functional collaboration across regions. You will tackle ambiguous problems, drive profitability, and embed AI-driven processes into delivery, creating reusable methods for the team. • Own the client relationship and turn engagements into partnerships
• Define scope and objectives, plan work, allocate resources, and steer delivery end-to-end
• Lead cross-functional teams to foster ownership and accountability
• Manage project profitability, cash flow, and forecast accuracy with finance and delivery leads
• Ensure delivery quality, capture lessons learned, and continuously improve project processes
• Apply AI in daily delivery for status reports, roadmaps, KPIs, and governance within client constraints
• Document prompts, workflows, and context to enable reusable methods for the team
• Travel for client meetings and team gatherings as needed

• Track record leading complex client projects in a consulting environment with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English; precise, professional written communication
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Strong command of both classical and agile methodologies and knowing when to apply each
• Commercial acumen: managing contracts, change requests, and bid-related activities
• Structured risk management and ability to prioritize, delegate, and seek help when overloaded
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and team events
