In this role, you will lead IT infrastructure projects from setup to completion, ensuring they meet time, cost, and quality objectives. You will work closely with customers, operations, suppliers, and internal teams to drive delivery and governance. • Lead IT infrastructure projects from setup to completion
• Achieve objectives for time, cost, scope, and quality
• Create and maintain project plans and transparent reporting
• Ensure compliance with governance standards
• Define, structure, and manage work packages
• Coordinate effort estimations and service descriptions
• Prepare analyses and decision documents for stakeholders
• Serve as central point of contact for customers, operations, suppliers, and field service
• Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships
• Plan and conduct internal and external workshops
• Identify and coordinate project dependencies
• Monitor risks and implement mitigations
• Manage changes and budgets
• Conduct lessons learned and drive process improvements
• Manage resources and support capacity planning
• Ensure structured project communication and documentation

• Strong knowledge of common project management standards
• Project management certification equivalent to IPMA Level D
• ITIL basic knowledge or IT service management experience
• Completed degree in business administration, IT, or comparable field (or 6+ years of relevant experience without a degree)
• Knowledge of Jira or comparable tools
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Practical experience with MS Project
