Senior Project Manager EPM (m/f/d)

As a Senior Project Manager (EPM), you drive end-to-end delivery of Jedox EPM projects for key accounts, ensuring on-time, within-scope outcomes and high customer satisfaction. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders, including R&D, to ensure delivery excellence and alignment with Jedox values. You’ll manage the project lifecycle, mitigate risks, and support continuous improvement to enhance Jedox products and services. • Lead project delivery for Jedox EPM implementations, ensuring timely and successful completion
• Coordinate stakeholders as central point of contact for clients, internal teams, and executives
• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery
• Maintain quality and compliance through accurate documentation and standards adherence
• Organise and manage resources, budget, scope, and timelines to keep projects on track
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure delivery excellence
• Monitor milestones and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive management
• Contribute to continuous improvement by feeding back learnings from customer projects
• Provide backup support on other implementation activities as needed

• 5+ years of hands-on IT project management experience in complex environments
• 8+ years of experience in IT consulting
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree considered a plus
• Proven track record delivering finance transformation projects (CPM/EPM, ERP, BI)
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and scope
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks; certifications a plus
• Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and operational teams; adaptable communication style
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value and product/service improvement
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; proactive and reliable work style
• Fluency in German and business-fluent English
