(Senior) Researcher (f/m/d) - Foundation and World Models on Structured Business Data

In this role, you advance foundation models tailored to structured business data and world models, driving academic collaborations and benchmarks. You’ll fuse semantic context with large-scale data, shaping research directions and publishing in top venues. You work with SAP-RPT-1 and related projects to translate breakthroughs into publications and community-ready resources. You join an international AI team focused on real enterprise impact and thought leadership.

• Pioneer advances in foundation models for structured data and world models
• Create datasets, frameworks, and problem statements for academic and internal use
• Track and translate cutting-edge research into publications and open-source contributions

• Academic publications in respected conferences
• Extensive research experience with ML on structured data
• PhD in a relevant discipline
• Proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Knowledge of graph technologies is a plus
• Experience with knowledge graphs and large language models in ERP domain (preferred)
