Senior Software Solutions Engineer

In this role you will support NVIDIA’s networking products for enterprise customers, with half time on customer-facing problem solving and half on R&D. You will own Ethernet/InfiniBand deployments, help design features, and collaborate with engineering to improve product reliability and user experience. The position blends technical depth with customer engagement, offering an opportunity to influence the optimization of data-center networking solutions at scale. You will work across Mellanox Networking, DGX platforms, containers, and related enterprise software to drive tangible impact.

• Own and drive customer issues from inception to resolution for Ethernet/InfiniBand deployments
• Develop features and tools to support Enterprise Service offerings including Networking products
• Improve availability, reliability, and user experience of NVIDIA Networking products with customers and internal teams
• Conduct independent analysis, communication, and problem-solving to assist customers
• Collaborate with engineering to document, reproduce, and resolve issues

• 8+ years of system software development and troubleshooting experience (preferably with customer-facing work)
• BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficient in C/C++ in kernel and/or application space and/or embedded software
• Strong understanding of GNU/Linux and Linux-based virtualization (namespaces, containers, Kubernetes)
