Senior Solution Advisor

Overview

In this role you will build and deliver customized demo scenarios of the Vistex suite for potential and existing customers. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Services and Product Management, supporting pre-sales activities and client-facing interactions. Your work shapes how prospects understand product value through technical demos and tailored RFQ/RFI/RFP responses. You will join a fast-paced team that drives revenue and customer success through compelling, data-driven demonstrations.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Develop and maintain knowledge of Vistex software products' technical, functional, and operational aspects
Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Sales, prospects and client contacts to gather business and technical requirements for customized demos
Assist with product demos and technical presentations via web conferences, phone, and on-site visits
Support RFQ, RFI, and RFP responses with appropriate business and technical depth
Create and deliver presentations for company events and trade shows
Perform other duties as required

7 years designing, developing and delivering demonstrations of complex software solutions
Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong business acumen
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences
Strong command presence with internal and external stakeholders
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Accountable, reliable, and able to maintain composure under pressure
Team player who can also work independently
Excellent planning and organizational skills; timely, high-quality delivery

MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
SAP experience in SD or MM preferred
