Senior Specialist Project Planning & Scheduling (m/f/d)

In this role you will manage end-to-end schedule development for EPC projects, drive standardization of the scheduling process, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely updates. You will monitor performance using key metrics and support change and risk management. You’ll lead schedule update meetings and maintain complex Primavera P6 schedules, contributing to continuous improvement and optimized timelines. This position offers cross-functional collaboration and impact across project teams within Exyte’s project controls.

• Drive standardization of the scheduling process and oversee contracted scheduling services
• Ensure schedules are resource-loaded for staffing and density analysis
• Establish key metrics and benchmarks to gauge schedule performance and drive continuous improvement
• Lead schedule update meetings as needed
• Develop and maintain complex Primavera P6 schedules (WBS, logic, constraints, resource loading, progress tracking, earned value, float)
• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure schedule compliance, timely updates and slippage recovery

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Construction Management
• Proven experience in the EPC industry with engineering, procurement and contractors
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; excellent organization and coordination skills
• Thorough understanding of scheduling techniques and practices
• Proficient in Primavera P6
• Understanding of CPM concepts and calculations
