Senior Tax Manager / Tax Manager | Cloud-Based CPA Firm | UltraTax

Fully Remote

We're currently partnering with two fully remote, cloud-based CPA firms that are both looking to add experienced Tax Managers and Senior Tax Managers to their teams.

Both firms focus heavily on HNW individuals, closely held businesses, partnerships, and multi-entity tax work, and both operate in highly organized UltraTax-based environments with established workflows, strong internal support, and long-term growth in mind.

These are not "figure it out as you go" firms. The infrastructure, systems, and client bases are already in place.

What the roles involve

• Review and preparation work across 1040s, 1065s, and 1120S returns
• Direct interaction with HNW and business-owner clients
• Managing recurring client relationships throughout the year
• Working within structured, cloud-based workflows
• Collaborating with experienced teams that already have admin and staff support in place

Environment

• Fully remote
• Cloud-native operations
• UltraTax, QBO, Karbon, and TaxDome environments
• Defined workload expectations and communication processes
• Strong retention and long-term focus

Background they're seeking

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong UltraTax experience required
• Experience with HNW, pass-throughs, and multi-entity structures
• Comfortable in a client-facing role
• CPA or EA preferred
• Open to both experienced Managers and strong Seniors ready to step up

Compensation

• Most opportunities falling in the $130K - $170K+ range
• Bonus potential
• Fully remote within the U.S.
• Flexible start dates
