Senior Vice President (m/f/d) SAP S/4HANA Finance Product Management & Engineering

In this executive role, you will steer the transformation of SAP S/4HANA Finance into an AI-first platform, uniting Product Management, Design and Engineering. You will set a long-term vision for an intelligent finance system that learns, reasons, and acts, while maintaining a balanced approach to platform investments and customer adoption. You’ll lead a large, global organization and drive measurable business outcomes through autonomous finance workflows and AI-enabled development. This is a mission to redefine enterprise finance software at scale with a focus on customer value and innovation.

• Establish end-to-end strategy and execution for the SAP S/4HANA Finance portfolio across Core Finance, Close, Treasury, Revenue Accounting, Tax, Compliance, and Planning integrations
• Define an AI-first operating model and embed AI across product discovery, engineering, testing, release management, and support
• Drive unified leadership for Product Management, Design, and Engineering to deliver customer outcomes and accelerate value delivery
• Lead organizational transformation to enable autonomous workflows, AI-driven insights, and continuous learning in finance processes
• Engage with senior customers and stakeholders to shape product strategy and market direction
• Build a global high-performing team with a culture of innovation, accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning
• Simplify the product portfolio while ensuring architecture supports scalability, security, and rapid delivery
• Measure success by business outcomes, customer adoption, and productivity gains enabled by AI
• Represent SAP in executive forums and industry events to translate market insight into differentiated strategy

• Accomplished enterprise software executive with deep expertise in finance applications, cloud technologies, and large-scale product organizations
• Experience leading global teams through major technological change
• Credibility with customers, engineers, product leaders, and executive stakeholders
• Ability to discuss accounting processes with CFOs and software architecture with engineers
• Proven track record in leading disruptive transformations and building AI-enabled organizations
