Service Engineer (m/f/d)

In this role you install, repair, convert and maintain inspection machines for the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring timely, professional technical service to international customers. You train users on commissioning and operation, and provide sales-supporting technical guidance. You also document service assignments and contribute to cross-functional collaboration. • Install, repair, convert, and maintain inspection machines
• Provide timely, professional technical service to international customers
• Instruct customer personnel on commissioning and operation of machines
• Provide sales-supporting technical advice for service activities
• Document service assignments and outcomes

• completed vocational training in a technical field (preferably mechatronics, image processing, electrical engineering or information electronics)
• Ideally technician or master craftsman degree and relevant experience

• strong customer/service orientation and good communication skills

• good PC skills
• high willingness to travel (driving licence class B or 3)
