Service sales manager

Описание: We are looking for you! As a Service Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will use your business skills to promote our sales. Join our team and shape the future of renewable energy! Our department is part of the Vestas NCE business unit and is responsible for developing and managing customer relationships in the service business in the Central region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). We manage all account management, develop strategic approaches to customer retention, and are responsible for selling and negotiating our service products, including contract signings and upgrades.

Задачи:

• Responsible for selling service contracts, service products, and optimization solutions for wind farms with Vestas turbines and turbines from other manufacturers
• Develop, calculate, and negotiate tailored service contracts and service solutions for customers in the German market and neighboring regions
• Support and advise customers on all commercial matters relating to the service product portfolio
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Assume commercial responsibility for contract design and successful contract signing
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, particularly in service, legal, and turbine sales
• Act as the interface between service sales and turbine sales to develop integrated customer solutions
• Analyze customer requirements and develop creative, customer-oriented solutions to increase customer satisfaction and business success
• Actively contribute to achieving sales and growth targets in the service business

Требования:

• Successfully completed a technical or business degree, or an equivalent qualification
• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in sales or account management, with a demonstrable customer and market focus
• Fluent German and very good written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region (approx. 30%)
• Strong ability to build, maintain, and develop trusting, collaborative customer relationships at all relevant decision-making levels
• Enjoy identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Excellent communication skills
• Very strong negotiation skills, combined with a strong customer and solution focus
• In-depth commercial know-how
