Site Director

As Site Director in Lampertheim, you will lead a mid-sized semiconductor manufacturing facility, ensuring production aligns with financial targets and quality standards. You will partner with Senior Leadership to shape plans, drive safety, productivity, and culture, and supervise cross-functional efforts across R&D, Quality, Lean, and Supply Chain. • Collaborate with Senior Leadership to develop production manufacturing plans for the plant.
• Balance current performance with strategic growth initiatives.
• Own full P&L responsibilities and work with the financial controller to improve financial performance.
• Oversee morale and culture, ensuring alignment with other company sites.
• Support R&D, PM, New Product Development, Quality Improvement, Lean, and Supply Chain activities.
• Lead EH&S initiatives and ensure personnel safety.
• Develop processes to maximize safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost improvements.
• Assess staffing needs for current and future requirements and plan training.
• Identify and resolve issues to meet objectives and maintain controls.
• Continuously evaluate performance and coach individuals and teams to meet goals.

• Bachelor
• 10+ years manufacturing experience, 5+ years of fab operations
• Experience managing teams larger than 300 indirect reports
• Strong track record in developing people and teams
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing practices
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Strong analytical abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
