Multi Site Business Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you lead a multi-site travel retail business at German airport locations, driving team performance and commercial results. You will manage teams across Berlin, Frankfurt, and Munich, ensuring consistent execution and strong retailer alignment through frequent travel. Your leadership shapes customer experiences and KPIs while developing talent and coordinating across hosts, vendors, and internal partners. • Lead and develop a high-performing team across airport counters; manage recruitment and talent development
• Plan and manage monthly rosters, payroll budgeting, and forecasting to respond to trading conditions
• Drive sales performance to achieve market-leading KPI targets and growth, maintaining #1 ranking
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by embedding service standards and event-based counter activity
• Coordinate with host stores, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure brand compliance and performance
• Oversee stock levels, audits, and counts; provide proactive stock recommendations to Area Manager
• Execute flawless visual merchandising and maintain grooming standards daily
• Lead weekly/monthly productivity reporting to Area Manager
• Plan and implement airport-specific eventing strategy and new product launch activities
• Ensure smooth airport pass processes and HR-related tasks (recruitment, onboarding, training)

• Strong travel retail experience and airport counter leadership
