Site Manufacturing Project Leader (m/f/d)

In this role you drive site-level industrialization and manufacturing projects, guiding them from feasibility through serial production. You will coordinate with the central project organization to ensure manufacturing readiness, cost control, and operational excellence. You’ll lead cross-functional teams across injection molding, painting, and assembly, shaping how we scale and transfer processes to the plant. • Lead site-related manufacturing and industrialization projects to meet timelines, budgets, and quality targets
• Create and monitor project plans, conduct reviews, and drive corrective actions
• Define global industrial scenarios aligned with project scope and secure equipment/capacity
• Oversee industrialization activities in injection molding, painting, and assembly and transfer to plant operations
• Manage project budgets, expenditures, and logistics, plus ongoing performance improvement
• Provide functional leadership to internal and external project teams and escalate deviations

• Professional experience in manufacturing development and industrialization (automotive preferred)
• Several years of project management experience
• Deep understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, including assembly, painting, logistics, and equipment
• Experience in budgeting, cost calculation, and investment planning
• Strong communication, resilience, and stakeholder management
• Structured, hands-on problem-solver
• German and English fluent; willingness to travel
• Strong MS Office skills; experience with CAD and ERP systems
