In this field-based role you will lead strategic engagement with clinical research sites and external partners to support GSK’s R&D portfolio. You will act as the main interface to build local, national and international site partnerships, improve study delivery and enrolment, and address cross-functional challenges to enable high-quality, timely trial results. You will collaborate across Clinical Operations, Medical and Feasibility teams, promoting digital solutions and innovative working ways. This is an opportunity to shape a growing global site network and strengthen GSK’s research ecosystem.

- Develop, manage and oversee long-term strategic relationships with clinical research sites and institutions
- Serve as the primary contact between GSK and external sites to build partnerships
- Lead expansion of strategic site relationships across academic, community and emerging site models
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with investigators, coordinators and site leadership
- Drive site performance through KPI targets, performance reviews and action plans
- Identify risks, bottlenecks and quality/compliance issues and implement mitigations
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Medical and Feasibility to optimise site selection, activation and study delivery, supporting adoption of digital solutions
- Degree in a scientific or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Multiple years of experience in clinical research operations and study delivery
- German (minimum C1) and English proficiency
- Strong stakeholder management
- Ability to build strategic site relationships
- Analytical mindset for data interpretation and performance improvement
- Knowledge of the drug development process and clinical study lifecycle
- Experience establishing and growing partnerships with research sites or institutions
- Ability to interpret data to drive performance improvements
