Solution Manager - Architect (with Avaloq Experience)

In this role, you will design and oversee scalable banking solutions on the Avaloq platform, acting as a technical bridge between business needs and implementation. You will lead end-to-end solution delivery, mentor teams, and drive optimization through design reviews. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align architecture with business goals and stay current with platform updates. • Design and architect end-to-end banking solutions on the Avaloq platform
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and designs
• Lead solution implementations with focus on timely delivery and quality
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA to execute roadmaps
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship across the solution lifecycle
• Perform solution reviews to identify optimization opportunities
• Manage stakeholder communications and present progress to diverse audiences
• Customize and configure Avaloq modules to meet client needs
• Document architectures, decisions, and approaches for knowledge transfer
• Stay updated on Avaloq features and industry trends to guide strategy
• Support pre-sales with technical expertise and recommendations

• Minimum 5+ years of Avaloq platform implementation and configuration
• Proven banking and financial services solution architecture experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for scalable designs
• Experience leading complex solution implementations from design to deployment
• Proficiency in system integration, APIs, and data management in banking contexts
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear technical communication
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of banking regulations and industry standards
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Preferred: Avaloq certification or formal training
• Preferred: Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior architects
