By identifying and attracting top talent to West for entry and mid-level roles, this recruiting specialist will have the opportunity to play a key role as the organization grows and transforms. This individual will become a partner with client stakeholders, including the site HR team, and will work to develop, communicate and execute jointly on recruiting plans to support the site. He/She will be responsible for recruitment execution that efficiently manages the full life cycle recruiting process and helps achieve a seamless, positive candidate and client experience no matter what the hiring decision might be.
