Sr. Program Manager, Strategic Accounts

As a Senior Program Manager in the AWS Strategic Accounts group, you will coordinate commercial activities and multi-team programs for a strategic ISV customer. You’ll drive governance, cadence, and operational excellence across cross-functional partners, including legal, finance, engineering, and partner teams. You will enable scalable, AI-enabled processes that improve decision-making and outcomes for high-impact, multi-stakeholder initiatives. This role emphasizes ownership, strategic influence, and delivering measurable account-level outcomes.

• Commercial / Contract Administration: coordinate pricing, amendments, and credit mechanisms across internal and external partners; manage approvals and financial reconciliation; lead multi-party commercial reviews.
• Customer Stakeholder Relationship Management: manage senior external partner cadences, governance rhythms, and commercial conversations; represent AWS credibly in partner discussions.
• Account-Specific Cadence Management: establish and optimize business cadences; drive accountability and decision-making through reporting cycles and calendars.
• Account-Specific Tooling & Mechanisms: design and manage tracking systems, knowledge bases, automation workflows, and tooling; promote AI-powered improvements and scale best practices.

• 7+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• German language proficiency (business-level) for partner interactions and governance meetings
• 5+ years designing, building, and scaling operational mechanisms and governance for cross-functional programs
• Experience with commercial agreements and commercial transactions
• Experience operating in large, matrixed organizations with complex stakeholder landscapes
