Strategic Deployment Manager, Life Science

In this Strategic Deployment Manager role, you guide the end-to-end deployment of the Schrödinger Platform for customers, from initial scoping to sustained adoption. You will serve as the customer’s voice internally to influence product strategy and drive long-term success. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure growth and platform usage, translating real-world needs into roadmap input. This role combines scientific insight with deployment leadership in a fast, international environment.

• Manage LiveDesign implementation projects from early discussions through deployment, training, and growth
• Ensure long-term customer success through use of the Schrödinger Platform
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Applications Scientists, Solutions Architects, and Education team to enable account growth and usage
• Help drive product roadmap by representing customer needs to product management and engineering

• B.Sc. in life sciences (M.Sc. or Ph.D. preferred)
• At least three years of experience in a life sciences field related to drug discovery
• Experience with computational chemistry or cheminformatics in a research setting
