Life Science & Healthcare Business Development, Capability & Compliance Manager (f/m/d)

In this role you lead Life Science & Healthcare operations in Germany, ensuring GDP, GxP, quality and regulatory compliance while upholding governance frameworks. You will continuously elevate quality standards and operational processes to support organizational excellence. You collaborate with internal, customer, and regulatory stakeholders to coordinate audits, certifications, and improvement actions. You oversee CAPA processes to ensure findings are addressed sustainably and report on quality, compliance, and operational KPIs. You help foster a culture of quality, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, aligning with the company’s mission and scale.

• Coordinate audits and certification activities with internal, customer, and regulatory stakeholders
• Oversee CAPA processes to ensure timely, sustainable corrective actions
• Maintain and improve governance frameworks for quality and regulatory compliance
• Monitor and report on key quality, compliance, and operational KPIs with transparent analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to drive improvements
• Lead strategic initiatives and organizational change to strengthen regulated logistics operations
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Support training and awareness to sustain GDP, GxP, and quality systems

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
• Significant experience in Life Science & Healthcare logistics or regulated environments
• Proven operational leadership experience with knowledge of GDP, GxP, and quality systems
• Experience working in matrix organizations and with cross-functional, international stakeholders
• Ability to lead strategic initiatives and deliver sustainable improvements
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English; German language skills are advantageous
