Overview

In this role you shape the target architectures for Magna Powertrain IT by partnering with business, IT and OT stakeholders. You drive architecture principles, analyze cross-domain systems, and ensure solutions align with strategy, security and integration needs. You will design IoT-focused architectures across on-premises, edge and cloud environments while guiding project implementations. Verantwortungsbereiche

Develop and refine enterprise and solution architecture principles with IT and OT experts
Conduct cross-domain analyses to identify optimization, digitalization, integration, and modernization opportunities
Define and align target architectures with stakeholders from business, IT, and OT
Evaluate architecture-relevant demands within demand management, ensuring compliance with principles, IT strategy, security and integration
Design and develop solution architectures with a focus on IoT and administrative applications, considering hybrid infrastructures
Provide architectural guidance and governance during project execution
Maintain architecture artifacts in LeanIX to ensure transparency and quality
Coach and enable business, IT, and OT stakeholders

Zentrale Anforderungen

Degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
More than 10 years of relevant IT experience, ideally in automotive or manufacturing
Experience in architecture disciplines (solution/enterprise architecture, business analysis, demand management, or software engineering)
Strong understanding of IoT architectures and hybrid IT (on-premises, edge, cloud)
IT architecture or IT service management certifications (e.g., ITIL) are an advantage
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel internationally
