Staff Backend Engineer - Alerting | Germany | Remote

In this role, you will help shape Grafana Alerting at scale, working on backend systems that power alert ingestion, delivery, and evaluation for Grafana Cloud and on-premise deployments. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust features while contributing to open-source projects. The role emphasizes reliability, performance, and a strong ownership mindset in a remote, globe-spanning team. You’ll engage in on-call rotations and mentor others, driving impact across distributed systems and customer-focused outcomes.
