As the Stores Team Leader, you will consistently deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional and courteous relationship with the Client. You will support the Stores Management in directing the daily operations of the Stores and ensure alignment with Company processes and procedures.

You will monitor compliance with Health and Safety within site operations and ensure adherence to the Company’s Health and Safety Policy at all times and assist with the supervision of the day‑to‑day duties of the stores personnel.

What you will be doing:

• Supervise the day‑to‑day duties of the Stores and stores personnel, ensuring the store’s applicable performance metrics are achieved, including stock checks, stock accuracy, site support, goods receipt and processing
• Develop good client relationships through regular communication and effective delivery of all store’s applicable performance metrics
• Deliver a consistently good performance in stores management as measured through the Opex program
• Implement and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the stores and team
• Ensure the daily operations of the Stores are in line with Company process(es) and procedures
• Monitor compliance with Health and Safety within site operations and ensure adherence to the Company’s Health and Safety Policy at all times
• Expedite all outstanding purchase orders in a timely manner when required
• Accurately and efficiently record goods delivered into the stock control system
• Release products on back order for delivery to the Client
• Confirm customer deliveries in a timely manner
• Ensure approved documentation is accurately completed and authorised where necessary
• Complete stock deliveries in line with Company standards (within one working day of receipt of goods)
• Conduct rotational stock checks
• Record stock locations for new products required in store
• Record stock adjustments and take appropriate action
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping in line with Company standards
• Attend site meetings when required to discuss any issue(s) within store and follow up appropriately

What do I need to be successful?

• Fluent in German and intermediate in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organisational skills
