Supervisor, Quality Control, Eschweiler (m/w/d)

In this on-site role, you will lead the Quality Control team at the Eschweiler site, ensuring products meet strict quality standards. You will guide testing processes, develop the QC staff, and support production in addressing quality issues. Your work drives continuous improvement across operations and ensures compliance with specifications. This position offers a chance to shape quality culture in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and contribute to safer, high-quality injectable medicines. You will collaborate cross-functionally to uphold patient safety and product integrity.

• Lead and develop the Quality Control team across mixing, in-process, and final inspection
• Plan and manage personnel training, qualification, and shift coverage across four QC shifts
• Plan and manage quality improvement projects at the Eschweiler site
• Support production with quality-related questions and problem-solving
• Ensure batch processing complies with established specifications
• Conduct chemical-physical testing of raw rubber compounds and perform visual/ dimensional inspections
• Evaluate non-conforming batches and initiate corrective actions
• Oversee calibrations and validation of measuring equipment and methods
• Manage and analyze statistical data for the supervised area

• Bachelor in Engineering or Natural Science
• Experience in quality assurance
• Initial supervisory or leadership experience (desirable)
