Supplier Master Data Expert (all genders)

In this role you drive the international rollout of the Global Supplier Master Data template, ensuring requirements are captured, localized, and deployed with post-go-live stabilization. You will partner with IT, regional teams, and external providers to deliver scalable, compliant supplier data solutions. Your work supports harmonized processes, governance, and continuous improvement across global supplier data. This is a hands-on role with impact on data quality, adoption, and business value realization.

• Lead international SAP MDG-S rollouts for designated business units and coordinate deployment activities
• Plan rollout, govern deployment, track issues and mitigate risks
• Support stabilization by assisting business users and gathering feedback
• Capture business requirements and map them to global/template standards
• Coordinate testing and defect management across the rollout
• Collaborate with Squad Leads to align delivery with business value and KPIs
• Define and optimize supplier data processes, including integration with partner systems
• Drive data harmonization, automation, and standardization across global supplier data processes
• Support continuous improvement, compliance, and user adoption in master data initiatives
• Provide change management support, including training materials and knowledge transfer

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 5+ years in Supplier Master Data Management or SAP MDG-S environments
• Proven experience supporting global SAP MDG-S rollouts and deployment activities
• Experience governing supplier master data across the lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
• Experience with SAP Business Partner-based supplier processes in S/4HANA or MDG-S
• Experience with global templates and localization requirements
• Ability to work autonomously in global and cross-functional settings
