As a Business Expert Supplier Collaboration, you will lead and advance the Supplier Collaboration program at a global level, acting as the main contact for corrective and proactive supplier actions. You’ll shape the SCM collaboration strategy, share best practices across countries, and drive adoption of the SCOT tool and standardized processes. You will enable innovation and market knowledge while improving OTIF performance and supplier relationships. This role offers meaningful impact through cross-country collaboration and AI-enabled productivity improvements.

• Lead the global Supplier Collaboration practice and define strategic actions to boost OTIF performance
• Drive adoption of standard processes and IT solutions to monitor supplier performance across countries
• Develop and roll out the Supplier Collaboration Tool (SCOT) internationally and with suppliers
• Foster knowledge sharing among country organizations and global suppliers
• Advance global supplier collaboration with key international partners and drive strategic initiatives
• Leverage generative AI to enhance productivity, knowledge management, and training content

• 5+ years of hands-on experience
• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related subject
• Solid understanding of international trade and supply chain processes
• Proven negotiation skills with international suppliers
• Problem solving and analytical thinking capabilities
• Proficient in MS Office
• Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools such as Google Analytics or Looker Studio
• Fluent in English
