Supplier Quality Service Specialist (m/f/d) – Königswinter (Cologne-Bonn-Koblenz area)

Your future role

• Process material defect reports from production
• Create complaints in SAP (strip steel); maintain the complaint list
• Support complaint processing - request, evaluate, and follow up on 8D reports
• On-site appointments with suppliers regarding production issues
• Create regular defect analyses
• Handle supplier inquiries such as data evaluations and special approvals
• Organize, conduct, and document quality discussions
• Maintain and support corrective actions from suppliers
• Supplier evaluation / Supplier Performance Evaluation
• Sampling from suppliers according to PPAP methodology
• Support supplier audits
• Create technical delivery conditions and collaborate on material specifications
• Prepare for IATF16949 audits (laboratory and supplier management)

Your profile

• Completed technical or industrial training or a comparable qualification, e.g., state-certified technician or a bachelor's degree
• Initial professional experience
• Good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Solution-oriented, structured, and precise working style
• Very good English skills
