Supply Chain Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordination with our Supply & Demand Planning department to ensure product availability and optimize production capacity
• Continuous monitoring and development of goods flows for international markets
• Operational supply chain coordination and communication with the internal organization, customers and logistics partners
• Management of goods and loading availability as well as monitoring of loading for FCL/LCL (overseas) and FTL/LTL (overland) transports
• Coordination of logistics service providers and pickup freight forwarders, and support in performance reviews and negotiation meetings
• Transport management and oversight of service providers
• Implementation of supply chain standards for sustainable quality assurance and support in developing a supply chain KPI structure

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (freight forwarding clerk) or degree in business/economics with a focus on logistics, or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the FMCG environment with a focus on inter-/multimodal transports (emphasis on sea freight)
• Experience in an international environment and with export operations; project management experience is desirable
• Business fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
• High self-motivation and enjoyment of communication and working with international customers and team members in a dynamic environment
