Supply Planner - Corporate Supply Planning (m|f|d)

In this role you will support reliable global supply planning and continuously optimize replenishment and inventory processes. You will collaborate with international stakeholders to maintain smooth supply chain operations and strong delivery performance. You will oversee replenishment control across subsidiaries, ensure delivery capability at Miltenyi sites, and monitor inventory to identify optimizations. This position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decisions to contribute to the company’s mission of advancing biomedical science.

• Replenishment control across national and international subsidiaries
• Ensure delivery capability at Miltenyi production/distribution sites
• Inventory monitoring and optimization of global supply chains
• Batch reservation compliance and main contact for batch reservation in the supply chain
• Stakeholder management with international teams and cross-department colleagues

• Degree in economics, industrial engineering or related field OR commercial training with planning/distribution qualification
• First experience in supply chain planning and distribution
• Proficiency with SAP APO, DISKOVER or comparable planning tools; or familiarity with VBA programming
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; independent, solution-oriented approach
• Business fluent in English; basic German knowledge
