(Junior) Demand & Supply Planning Manager (m/w/d)

In this role you support end-to-end S&OP processes for defined brands and regions, driving forecasts, inventory alignment, and timely product availability. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to build robust demand plans and help optimize stock across the globe. You’ll diagnose trends, identify bottlenecks, and contribute practical actions to improve day-to-day operations. • Support development of forecasts with cross-functional teams to create aligned demand and inventory plans
• Act as a key contact in global inventory management from demand planning to country teams
• Identify root causes of trends, bottlenecks, and overstocks and contribute corrective actions
• Help build practical processes that work in daily operations across the product lifecycle
• Support allocation decisions during shortages and communicate with country teams to maximize impact with limited resources
• Support operational execution of stock allocations and reservations in order management

• Completed degree with a business focus (preferably Marketing or Supply Chain Management) or completed vocational training
• First experience in inventory planning, supply chain planning, demand planning, or S&OP/IBP
• Analytical and commercially minded with a drive for quality results
• Hands-on mindset, ownership, and creativity
• Team player with strong communication and persuasion skills
• Solid command of MS Office, especially Excel (VBA a plus)
• Familiarity with planning/reporting tools such as Anaplan and Power BI is a plus
• Fluent written and spoken English; German a plus
