Global Demand Planning Manager (f/m/d)

As Global Demand Planning Manager, you will lead the end-to-end demand planning process across regions, aligning Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to boost forecast accuracy and business predictability. You will drive regional assessments, implement best practices, and champion ML forecasting with SAP IBP to unlock measurable performance gains. • Lead and govern the global demand planning process and ensure alignment across functions
• Facilitate monthly demand reviews and executive S&OP/IBP meetings to support growth objectives
• Assess regional planning maturity, identify gaps, and develop improvement roadmaps with milestones
• Oversee global ML forecasting deployment, partner with IT, Data Science, SAP consultants, and vendors
• Optimize SAP IBP Demand Planning functionalities and ensure integration with ERP systems
• Monitor forecast accuracy, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Manufacturing to support planning and budgeting
• Establish data governance, advance analytics, and pursue automation and digital transformation

• 5-7 years in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Integrated Business Planning
• Proven experience managing global or multi-regional demand planning teams
• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP Demand Planning
• Experience implementing Machine Learning forecasting solutions
• Strong S&OP/IBP process background
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
