System Engineer (m/f/d) Flight Test

In this role you will contribute to challenging flight test programs for aerospace customers. You will design test plans, execute flight tests, and assess flight data to ensure performance and safety. You’ll also document results through technical reports and work on tasks directly on aircraft. • Create test plans and procedures
• Perform flight tests and evaluate flight data
• Produce technical documentation (test reports)
• Handle tasks directly on aircraft

• Degree in aerospace engineering, computer science, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in MATLAB data analysis
• Experience with Python or similar is a plus
• First experience with military aircraft is desirable
• Structured, independent, precise, and solution-oriented work
• Fluent English, advanced German
