Team Lead, Referral Partner Operations

Stellenbeschreibung:

Own relationships and data integrity for top-tier referral partner firms
Reconcile external partner and firm reports against internal Salesforce and reconciliation reports
Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Serve as the first point of contact for team questions before escalation to the Manager
Direct day-to-day team workload, quality, and priorities in partnership with the Manager
Support performance management, check-ins, coaching, and review conversations
Communicate proactively with external partners by email and phone
Track outstanding partner emails and follow up proactively
Apply strategic and critical thinking to ambiguous problems
Bring issues to the Manager with proposed solutions
Improve systems, reconciliation processes, and reporting accuracy

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with external stakeholders
Track record of working independently, taking initiative, and following through without reminders
Comfort with ambiguity and sound judgment in gray areas
Sharp attention to detail and task-oriented approach
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
Familiarity with Salesforce, Filevine, or similar CRM/case management platforms
Some prior experience leading, mentoring, or informally guiding others (preferred)
Interest in growing into a broader people-leadership role (preferred)
Legal, financial services, reconciliation, or similarly regulated environment experience (preferred)
