Teamlead IT – Datacenter & Infrastructure (m/w/d)

In this role you will lead the global IT infrastructure, including data centers and networks, and drive the strategy and roadmap for datacenter and network operations. You will oversee projects from concept to handover, ensuring a highly available, secure, and high-performance environment aligned with service management and external providers. You will implement robust backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity concepts and champion knowledge transfer and change management. • Steer, operate, and continuously develop global IT infrastructure including data centers and networks
• Develop and implement IT infrastructure, datacenter and network strategy with target architectures and roadmaps
• Plan, manage, and execute IT infrastructure and data center projects from concept to operational handover
• Ensure highly available, secure, and high-performance IT infrastructure in alignment with Service Management and external providers
• Oversee backup, disaster recovery and business continuity concepts and their implementation
• Drive knowledge transfer, change management and user adoption for new systems, services and processes
• Participate in audits and risk assessments and ensure security/regulatory compliance with IT Security

• Degree in Business Informatics or comparable qualification
• Experience in IT infrastructure management and data center/network operations
• Proven leadership of teams and management of external service providers
• Strong understanding of IT service, project and management processes
• Interest in new technologies including networking, firewalls, and service management tools
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach
• Clear decision-making, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility
• Excellent organization, resilience in complex environments
