Overview

In this role you co-own the Lead to Order process, guiding the selection of products and technical solutions for customer requests. You collaborate with Account Managers to finalize briefs, initiate development orders, and steward the development order pipeline. You bring deep technical know-how with a commercial mindset to shape the regional assortment and identify co-development opportunities. You’ll work across business units to optimize portfolio content and support innovation projects that advance Döhler’s offerings.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Co-own Lead to Order process and support Sales in identifying optimal products and solutions for RFPs
Collaborate with Account Manager during briefing, select portfolio products, and initiate development orders (Application or R&D)
Act as gatekeeper for Development Orders by assessing relevance and effort/potential, and manage the DO pipeline
Provide expert knowledge of AZURE portfolio catalogue and coordinate with Business Units on portfolio content and gaps
Shape regional/Area assortment in line with Market Segments and Application
Identify co-development opportunities and participate in innovation projects to promote the product catalogue

Zentrale Anforderungen

Extensive technical expertise with a strong commercial orientation
High level of assertiveness and persistence with outstanding communication skills
Completed studies in beverage or food technology, ecotrophology, brewing technology or a comparable natural science discipline
Strong communication and collaborative, team-oriented approach
Solution- and goal-oriented way of working
Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
Fluency in German and English
Willingness to travel and attend customer meetings
Ideally 5–8 years of experience in R&D, Sales, Business Units or Market Segments within Döhler or similar industries
