Technical Product Manager (m/f/d) - Beverages

As Technical Product Manager, you will drive customer-focused brewing and application solutions within Döhler’s product portfolio. You’ll co-own Lead-to-Order projects, guide development requests, and help select optimal products for customer briefs. You’ll collaborate with Account Managers and business units to align regional needs with market trends and shape B2C assortments. Your work will connect R&D, sales, and customers to create value through innovation and collaboration.

• Co-owning Lead-to-Order projects and advising Sales on suitable products and solutions
• Collaborating with Account Managers during briefing, finalizing briefs, and initiating development orders
• Acting as gatekeeper for development requests, assessing relevance and cost-benefit, and prioritizing work
• Deeply understanding the portfolio to optimize and evolve it with regional market insights
• Shaping region-specific B2C assortments in line with market segments and application teams
• Identifying co-development opportunities with customers and contributing to innovation projects

• Extensive technical expertise in beverage/food tech or brewing with strong commercial drive
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Solution- and goal-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience preferred
• German and English language proficiency
• Willingness to travel and participate in customer meetings
• 5–8 years of experience in product development, R&D, sales, or related roles in brewing or similar industries
