Technical Project Manager - Hardware Engineering (m/f/d)

In this role you will drive hardware development projects for smart fitness equipment, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver from idea to mass production. You will align roadmaps with the product and company strategy, continuously improve processes, and manage risk and schedule. • Coordinate projects for hardware development of smart fitness equipment with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and stakeholders to build aligned roadmaps
• Define short- and long-term project goals and guide teams toward on-time delivery
• Drive process improvement and change across the department using PM methodologies
• Lead projects through all phases from initiation to mass production and prioritize deliverables
• Assess project status, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

• 4+ years of hands-on project management experience in product development, manufacturing or engineering
• University degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Deep understanding of hardware product development and delivery
• Experience in driving process improvements and managing organizational change
• Hands-on, proactive approach and readiness to lead
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with limited oversight
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (international and domestic)
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
