Technical Sales Manager - Southern Germany (d/f/m)

In this role you support customers technically and commercially in Southern Germany, driving adoption of Henkel’s adhesive and coating solutions. You manage customer projects, identify process improvements, and lead production trials for new products. You work closely with Technical Customer Service and Product Development to deliver solutions and build strong, cross-functional relationships. This is a hands-on, field-oriented role that combines technical insight with commercial execution to grow key accounts.

• Provide technical and commercial customer support with a focus on Southern Germany
• Manage customer projects and identify optimization opportunities in lamination and coating processes using adhesive systems
• Deliver process and application engineering support and explore new adhesive/coating applications at customer sites
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on production trials to support new products/technologies
• Collaborate with Technical Customer Service and Product Development teams
• Prepare commercial proposals and quotations
• Develop and strengthen customer relationships across organizational levels
• Demonstrate self-organization and strategic, entrepreneurial approach in customer handling

• Master of Arts or Master of Science (or comparable qualification) with strong technical/business mix
• 5+ years of experience in packaging, printing, and laminating industries preferred
• Solid knowledge of adhesive and/or coating technologies
• Structured, independent, and responsible working style
• Willingness to travel in field sales role
• Fluent German and very good English; strong communication and teamwork skills
