Technical Support Specialist (m/w/d)

In this role you will drive multi-site infrastructure projects and coordinate cross-functional delivery across Europe. You will work within Stefanini's global team to solve complex infrastructure challenges, ensuring timely, compliant execution and stakeholder alignment. You will leverage your Windows domain skills and problem-solving abilities to support a diverse, international client base. • Deliver and oversee multi-site infrastructure projects
• Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions

• Support Windows domain services (DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, etc.)
• Travel up to 20% within Europe as needed

• Bachelor in Information Technology or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• Ability and visa authority to travel 20% of the time within Europe
• Authorized to work and reside in Germany
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Working understanding of Windows domain services (DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, etc.)
• Fluent in German and English
