Territory Services Manager (m/f/d)

As Territory Services Manager, you drive strategic services opportunities within tier 1 telco accounts, owning both sales and delivery accountability. You bridge customer needs with Red Hat solutions, guiding engagements from consultative selling through delivery. You will collaborate with delivery managers, architects, and partners to ensure successful outcomes and scalable services growth. • Create, position, negotiate and close services opportunities
• Own services bookings pipeline and forecast; lead account planning for services footprint
• Maintain delivery stewardship by coordinating with delivery managers, architects, and partners
• Orchestrate stakeholders and mobilize cross-functional teams to resolve complex challenges

• Proven track record in consultative selling and delivering complex telco solutions
• Ability to balance workload and prioritize resources by deal size and timing
• Experience developing SoWs, responding to RFXs, and negotiating complex commercial terms
• Proficiency in positioning learning services and technical account management (TAM)
• Demonstrated leadership in managing virtual cross-functional teams to close multi-million dollar deals
• Strong value-based knowledge of Red Hat or competitive technology stacks
• Proficiency in English and German
