Are you passionate about assessing training and development needs for Canon, Canon Partners, and internal employees to develop and deliver effective training programs? Do you want to develop group and individual skills, create training packages and videos, and present training sessions in-person and through webinars? Are you eager to monitor training effectiveness?

We are a friendly team of easy-going people from over 35 nations. Working out of our Green Building in Bad Iburg, Germany, we develop, test, and implement exciting ideas. By the way, how is your English?

• You determine training needs and requirements for an organization or group by meeting with managers, talking with employees, or administering surveys.
• You provide overseas training programs that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and more.
• You review existing training materials to ensure quality, appropriateness, and effectiveness.
• You modify or create course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs.
• You present in-person and online training sessions.
• You schedule training sessions and organize IT and other equipment.
• You monitor training programs and manuals to ensure they are effective and up-to-date, making updates as necessary.
• You stay informed about new educational and training techniques and methods.
