Trial Committee Manager

In this role you oversee the end-to-end management of clinical trial committees (IDMC, Safety Review Committee, Adjudication Committee, etc.) and act as the central liaison for sponsors and cross-functional PSI teams. You ensure committee activities are conducted efficiently, compliantly, and to high quality standards, across multiple therapeutic areas. You collaborate with global project teams and external experts to support successful trial delivery. The position can be located in Munich or remotely in Germany, offering a chance to shape governance processes and drive impactful trial oversight.

• Manage full lifecycle of clinical trial committees from setup to close-out
• Coordinate committee meetings, communications, recommendations, and follow-ups
• Develop and maintain committee charters, procedures, and trial documentation
• Identify, evaluate, and engage external committee members based on criteria
• Perform Fair Market Value assessments and prepare honorarium estimates
• Support audits and inspections related to committee activities and drive CAPAs
• Contribute to quality documentation, processes, templates, and training materials
• Support planning and delivery of internal training on committee management

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Clinical Research, or related field
• At least 3 years of clinical research experience, preferably in CRO
• Experience managing or coordinating clinical trial committees or equivalent
• Proven project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to build effective relationships with sponsors, external experts, and cross-functional teams
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
