Associate Clinical Trial Manager (PhD) - Infectious Disease / Immunology

In this role you will support global clinical trial management activities within a cross-functional team. You will apply your analytical and academic training to project administration, helping to accelerate development of therapeutics. • Collaborate on global study activities with the project coordinator and clinical trial manager
• Ensure timely delivery of recurring tasks with high accuracy
• Compile and maintain project status reports within the CTM system
• Interact with internal project team, Sponsor, study sites, and third-party vendors
• Oversee quality control of the internal regulatory filing system
• Oversee management of study supplies
• Create and maintain project timelines
• Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes

• PhD in Life Sciences
• Fluency in English with solid presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team
• Prior CRO or pharmaceutical industry experience is advantageous but not required
