Associate Clinical Trial Manager (PhD) - Neuroscience / Ophthalmology

In this role you will join the Clinical Trial Management team to support global trial operations and planning. You’ll apply analytical and academic skills to manage clinical project administration in an international setting. The position offers solid foundational training and a fast-track path into CTM, ideal for recent PhD graduates transitioning to industry. You will work closely with project coordinators and managers to ensure timely, accurate delivery of trial activities and regulatory tasks. • Communicate and collaborate on global study activities with project coordinators and clinical trial managers
• Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks with high accuracy
• Compile and maintain project-specific status reports in the CTM system
• Interact with internal project teams, Sponsors, study sites, and third-party vendors
• Provide oversight and management of the internal regulatory filing system
• Manage and perform quality control of study supplies
• Create and maintain project timelines
• Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes

• PhD in Life Sciences
• Fluency in English with strong presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team
• Prior CRO or pharmaceutical industry experience is advantageous but not required
