Underwriting Support Supervisor (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Associate Underwriters and monitor daily processing.
• Ensure all transactions meet service standards and quality objectives.
• Conduct quarterly quality control reviews and provide feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two plus years of insurance experience.
• Supervisory experience and commercial lines rating preferred.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and PC skills.
