Your responsibilities:

• Implementation and maintaining our Giorgio Armani visual merchandising standards in assigned stores to ensure an engaging Armani shopping experience
• Designing and customizing store layouts based on seasonal needs
• Training and supporting store associates on visual presentation techniques and standards
• Planning and execution of visual merchandising projects, including new store openings, store remodels, and special sales events
• Working closely with the Headquaters in Munich and Milan as well as the sales team to ensure that the visual concepts are in line with the brand guidelines and sales goals
• Providing regular reports on the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and compliance with store standards
• A minimum of 3-5 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Completed education or training in visual marketing, interior design, or a related field
• Creativity, a strong aesthetic sense and a good understanding of brand identity and customer behavior distinguish you
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Organizational skills are your strenghts
• You are willing to travel. You have flexible working hours, including some weekends and holidays
• You are proficient in the use of common visual merchandising software tools and Microsoft Office
• You are fluent in both English and German- an additional foreign language is an advantage
